ONLINE WOMEN'S CIRCLE...

If you are seeking deeper connection and sense of community with like-hearted women, or sense the collective yearning to cultivate SisterHood and honour our femininity and gathering from the comfort of your own home is more appealing or convienient, online women's circle might be ideal for you!

We gather online on 17th March 2024 GMT, to honour the beauty and complexity of being women with focus on our bodies and our connection (or lack of!) to it's wisdom. As always you are welcome to come and share whatever is in your heart that you wish to give voice too and does not have to be within this theme, we hold this as a simple intention and focal point, however if something else arise that you feel called to speak too.... you are welcome!

In this space I will invite you into a meditation of Body Appreciation and love, for this you will need access to a mirror ideally but can be done without. We will have sharing space and some time for journalling.

One of the beauties  & mysteries of circle process is that it is an invitation to the unknown, I attune into the needs of what we are creatinging in this space and therefore may change parts of th agenda if necessary so please come with an open heart. 

YOU WILL NEED:

-A quiet and cozy space whuch you can be undisturbed (as much as possible for thise with little ones!)

-3 Candles we light to open the space

-Journal & Pen

- Access to a Mirror - Full Length is ideal but grab whatever you have!

-Access to Zoom

-Any other items to make you space sacred to you (i.e. candles, crystals, smudge stick) you ight like to create a small Altart space for yourself!
