INVITING YOU to our FIRST WOMEN'S CIRCLE - Embrace the Season, Reflect, and Plant Seeds for 2024!

Greetings Lovelies 🕊

I am thrilled to announce and facilitate Synergy Sis☥arHood's First Women's Circle, a gathering designed to cultivate connection, reflection, and intentional planning for the upcoming year.

This is a space to slow-down and centre inwards connecting with self, others and collectively tap into the energy of the moment and weave wisdom of the season; sharing stories, insights, and aspirations. 

I would love to see you there!

As this is our first circle we will aim to introduce ourselves and create a lovely laid-back, sacred and reverent atmosphere.  I share an agenda, yet please be open to this changing slightly. The beauty and magic of circle is it is an invitaton into the unknown!

In a world that celebrates and thrives on being busy and blinded, you are invited to step into circle space with the intention of slowing down and going within, connecting with your true self and others with curiosity, compassion and non-judgement.

Agenda:

- ☥ Seasonal connection: Embracing the energy of mid-winter

- ☥ Sharing Circle- Reflection on 2023: Sharing our individual journeys

- ☥ Closing Circle: Final Share/Reflections/ Candle Extinguised

WHAT TO BRING;

- Yoga Mat

- Blanket/cushion (optional-add extra coziness)

-Any items to help you feel grounded (crystals, flowers, oil, favourite teddy!)

- Wear Comfortable Clothing

- Water bottle 

-An item, offering or token for the communal Altar (optional)

-Anything else you may feel called to bring to support you or share with others

We start with a guided check-in with self/short guided meditation before opening for sharing. This is an intentionally safe space hosted by trauma aware and practicing facilitator. In this space you are invited to come as you are. No need to wear your social mask, nor perform in any way. We welcome both poetic and imperfect sharing, so no need to worry if your voice might a little shaky, or if you are often told to 'tone it down'.

We honour The Divine Feminine in all her phases, honour the rhythm we are in and we honour the beauty & complexity of being Human!

The space is yours, to slow down, centre in and tap into the wisdom of your body, mind and spirit.

These are just a few of the items in the Synergy Circle Toolkit which we may draw from... though circle is often outlined, changes may occur due to the needs which may arise during circle time. You are also very welcome to bring items along to add to the circle such as crystals, flowers etc... and you are very welcome to bring anything you may wish to share... a story... a poem or something that moved you or gave you insight, joy or pleasure.
