Reiki Seichem is a form of energy healing that combines the traditional Japanese Reiki techniques with the advanced Ancient Egyptian Seichem techniques. Reiki is the attunment to Earth energy & Seichem introduces the missing components of Air/Angelic Light, Fire and Water using the four elements as a balanced energy healing system. Reiki Seichem can be used to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual healing.

In a session I will use my hands to channel Universal Life Force Energy into the  body, helping to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and activate the body's ability to heal itself. Hands may be laid on the body or just body within your energy field (Aura) depending on preference.

My  training teaches students how to use the Reiki and Seichem techniques to heal themselves and others. Accredited by IPHM and Reiki and Seichem Association.

As a Circle & ceremony Facilitator I create and hold sacred spaces for a variety occasions. I hold both secular and mystical spaces with a ritualistic and reverent atmosphere. Having trained with Sister Stories founded by Gemma Brady  & The Sacred Sisterhood founded by Molly Chinner along with my own experience I am able to create unique and bespoke circles, gatherings and ceremonies. From celebrating new beginnings, honouring endings and rites of passages to sharing circles, girls night gatherings & mediation!

Journal therapy, also known as writing therapy is a form of treatment that focuses on the therapeutic benefits of expressive writing. It can be used to support and supplement counselling, coaching and used individually as treatment for emotional and physical issues such as; trauma recovery, relationship challenges, grief, addiction, anxiety depression & other illnesses.
